RETURNS

Q:  Do you accept returns?

A:   In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at marie@joyousdwelling.com with photos.  We will provide a replacement product.  

If your apparel item does not fit, we can help in 2 ways: (1) you may return the item to us for a refund or exchange, or (2) we can send you a replacement size at a discount.  

If you change your mind about an item that is not damaged or defective, please email us to return the item (in new, unused condition) for a refund.  

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  

Digital downloads are final sale.  

 

MEASURE AND BE SURE!

For canvas art pieces, please carefully measure your wall prior to ordering.  For apparel, please use the sizing charts in the product listing, and compare to the measurements of a t-shirt or sweatshirt that fits you well (measured vertically and horizontally once laid down on a flat surface).
