Q: If I purchase a digital download, how and when will I receive the link?
A: You will receive a link to your purchased file(s) immediately upon completion of your purchase, and you will also receive an email with download links.
Q: How do I open my digital files?
A: PDF files are sent as a zip file. Simply click on the zip file to open it, and click "extract all" to see each individual file to save and print.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: We currently ship prints and goods within Canada and to the US. Digital downloads can be purchased worldwide.
Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: We currently offer FREE tracked shipping on mugs, apparel, prints and canvas prints. All other orders will have a reasonable shipping rate applied at checkout, prior to purchase.
Q: When will I receive my prints and goods?
A: Prints, print stands, books, votives and tea towels will be on their way to you 1-3 days after purchase. T-shirts, mugs and canvas prints have an average production time of 2-5 days + typical shipping time of 2-6 days. Delivery times vary and are outside of our control.
Q: What about taxes and duties?
A: Prints, print stands, books, votives and tea towels are shipped from Canada. Any taxes and duties charged upon import are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. T-shirts, mugs and canvas prints are normally printed in + shipped domestically, from the country of the purchaser (USA or Canada).

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges, but please be in touch immediately if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, and we will make it right.
