SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Q:  What countries do you ship to?

A:  Our products are printed by fulfillment partners in the USA, Canada, and the UK.  We ship almost all items domestically, to support your local economy and serve you most quickly and at least cost.

Exceptions to this rule are: garden flags, pennants and woven blankets, which are produced in and shipped from the USA only at this time.  

Digital downloads can be purchased worldwide.

 

Q:  What are the shipping costs? 

A:  We offer flat-rate shipping for $10 USD, $12 CAD and  £10.  Orders $100+ ship for free.  

  

Q:  When will I receive my order?

A:  In order to reduce costly and wasteful inventory, we have your products printed to order by our fulfilment partners, with an average production time of 2-5 business days.  Shipping typically takes an additional 2-6 business days; this may be longer during the busy Christmas season.  

Please note that your items may be fulfilled by different partners, and as such, may arrive separately.   

 

RETURNS

Q:  Do you accept returns?

A:   In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at marie@joyousdwelling.com with photos.  We will provide a replacement product.  

If your apparel item does not fit, we can help in 2 ways: (1) you may return the item to us for a refund or exchange, or (2) we can send you a replacement size at a discount.  

If you change your mind about an item that is not damaged or defective, please email us to return the item (in new, unused condition) for a refund.  

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Q:  If I purchase a digital download, how and when will I receive the link?

A:  You will receive a link to your purchased file(s) immediately upon completion of your purchase, and you will also receive an email with download links.
 

Q:  How do I open my digital files?  

A:  JPG files are sent as a zip file.  Simply click on the zip file to open it, and click "extract all" to see each individual file to save and print.  

 

DUTIES and TARIFFS

Q:  Will I pay duties/tariffs when I receive my order?

A:  Most products are printed and shipped domestically to you, eliminating the possibility of duties and tariffs.  Certain products (woven blankets, garden flags, pennants) are shipped from the USA and may be subject to duties/tariffs if ordered internationally.  These are the sole responsibility of the customer.
